Notification Services for Sabre’s Travel Partners

Sabre Hospitality Solutions has engaged Epiq Systems to provide complimentary notice support to its Travel Partners.


What Services Are Available?

  • Send a consumer notice for records you provide to Epiq. The notice may include a website and call center for consumers to get more information.
  • Prior to mailing, Epiq will standardize US addresses to enhance deliverability and update addresses based on the post office’s National Change of Address service.
  • Postal notices will be mailed to all mailable addresses you provide—both US and non-US postal addresses. If requested, Epiq will also send notice by email to all valid email addresses you provide.
  • A US toll-free number listed in the notice is staffed with trained agents to respond to consumer questions. Callers outside the US may also call to speak with an agent (charges may apply). Epiq is obtaining toll-free numbers for certain other countries—inquire with an Epiq Fulfillment Specialist for details.
  • Epiq will provide reporting to you detailing the efforts taken to notify potentially affected consumers.

A self-service portal is available for you to request notification services and securely upload a data file for processing and mailing.
